Confessions of a Lovely Lupie #3

I didn't forget about the journaling of my lupus journey I just had a lot going on. The amazing thing is I have been feeling great, there have been no hospital stays, no ER visits, small flares so this lupie's life has been rather uneventful. Getting through the summer was major for me. Having both discoid and SLE lupus being in the sun for prolonged periods can cause big issues for me. My family did our annual vacation this year in Destin, FL, and I made sure to be very careful with the amount of time spent out at the beach and pool. I wear SPF rain or shine, 365 days a year. I spent some time fatigued and sore but nothing I couldn't fix with rest and pain meds.

About a month and a half ago I began using a lupus vitamin. Yes, a vitamin formulated for thus suffering with lupus. It's called Lupa-Vita and contains everything a lupie needs daily; vitamins D, C, B12, and E, magnesium, turmeric, cherry extract, flaxseed oil, zinc, calcium, and more. You read right, all of that is in one capsule. And I have felt better than I have felt since prior to my diagnosis in 2015. I have so much energy, little to no muscle soreness and stiffness, no inflammation, and the best part is I take 1 pill instead of 6 different vitamins. The savings alone make giving it a try worth it. I expected to notice changes during my second bottle but I started to feel better within 2 weeks and started telling everyone I could.

This is a life changing vitamin. As an ambassador for lupus aware I contacted the company immediately and wanted to learn about it and give it a try. Lupa-Vita was created by the son of a lupus survivor. He was tired of seeing his mother taking tons of vitamins and formulated this for her. I'm proud to be working with Lupa-Vita as a brand ambassador. Click here for 30% off of your first order. I'm available to answer any questions you may have via the comments or email.
